July 2020 - COVID-19 Status Update
Safely Open for Business and Resuming Operations

The impact caused by the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) affected us all and our whole industry. Radian continues to follow statewide guidances, and those guidelines laid out by national and international health authorities. Our top priority is to the health and safety of our employees, their families, our customers and partners.

We have managed to keep our product development schedule, and we strive to ensure the best possible support to our OEM clients and distributors.

As California moves into the next stage of its Resilience Roadmap, we are taking steps to reduce the risk of COVID-19 and create a safer environment for workers, with our premises fully focused on production and logistics, while implementing disinfecting protocols, essential protective gear, and physical distancing guidelines. Following current statewide guidances for businesses, we remain operational and open for business, committed and available to support your projects and respond to your requests and concerns. In order to protect our employees and limit the spread of COVID-19, external visits to our facilities are limited to scheduled product deliveries and appointments. No walk-in visitors are allowed in our facilities.

March 2020 COVID-19
California State - shelter in place order
During this global COVID-19 pandemic, from March 19th 2020, and until further notice, the California State Public Health officer and Director of California Department of Public Health has ordered all individuals living in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence.

In compliance with the law, Radian Audio facilities are closed until further notice. We implemented measures to protect our own staff with a work-from-home policy where possible and we stay committed to keep essential activities while we work remotely.

Open for business
We are working hard to ensure business continuity in these difficult circumstances, even as we are forced to work remotely. While our facilities remain closed, we keep our engineering team working remotely and we are committed to continue to provide our best possible support.

We understand many of our customers will also use this lockdown time to reinforce their research and product development efforts, and we want to support them in every possible way. As our normal operations in California were disrupted by the shelter in place order, many other regions of the world are living the same or harder circumstances, while others are starting to resume partial operations. While we all struggle with the challenges of staying operational, nothing is more important than communication. Let us know in advance if there are urgent deliveries needed for your production schedule.

Radian is here for you, and will try our best to support your critical needs during this unpredictable and uncertain time. We will continue to accept your online orders, which we - or our distributors - will fulfill from existing stock, or will process as soon as we are able to resume production.
Looking ahead, we remain committed to our innovation strategy and the planned product launch schedule. Of course, health and safety are our top priority and we want everyone to keep safe.

You can reach us anytime by email at info@radianaudio.com, on all our social media channels, or by filling a contact form on our website.

We will get through this together.
Stay safe and be well.
