Shipping; Delivery; Risk of Loss 

Except as otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing between the parties: delivery of the Goods shall be Ex-Works (Incoterms 2010) shipping point, and title and risk of loss shall pass to Buyer upon Seller’s delivery of the Goods out of FOB point. Every commercially reasonable effort will be made to deliver the Goods in accordance with the shipping dates appearing on the sales acknowledgment. Delivery is based on the receipt by Seller of a purchase order or other communication containing the purchase order number. Seller will not be liable for damages in any event due to delays in delivery. All transportation and insurance charges relating to shipment shall be paid by Buyer, unless otherwise previously agreed to between the parties. Subject to Section 6 hereof, if Buyer refuses to accept delivery of the Goods, then Buyer shall be responsible for all transportation, insurance and storage charges relating to the shipment. If Seller has reason to doubt Buyer’s financial responsibility, Seller may decline to make further deliveries, except for cash or satisfactory security. Seller reserves the right of stoppage in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Except as otherwise expressed upon in writing by Radian Audio’s authorized representative all request for return or exchange are subject to all warranty terms and conditions (Sections 1-3) here. Returns request are accepted within the first 10 days for all items within the United States of America unless otherwise noted in the listing. All request must be submitted in writing through Radian’s sales team online request form or an email request to sales@radianaudio.com.  All return shipping cost/s are to the account of the buyer unless expressly authorized in writing by a Radian sales representative. When product/s are paid for and shipped, title transfers to the buyer at the point when the goods leave the shipper's loading / shipping dock but reverts back to the seller if the buyer follows the correct procedures of notifying the seller of "breach" by "rightfully revoking acceptance." Even if "breach" has occurred, the buyer remains responsible for filing "carrier loss claims." We do not accept returns due to change of mind. We only accept returns if the item is within manufacturing defect, not working or otherwise has issues determined by industry accepted testing standards.  All non-warranty Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and additional testing fees.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges to Radian warehouse facility.  Accessories and spare parts are not subject to any returns and refunds.  If a return for accessories or spare parts have been arranged by one of seller’s authorized representative, restocking fees will apply.
