Radian Audio manufactures world-class 8”, 12” and 15” coaxial loudspeaker components. All three sizes utilize their low frequency cones as wave guides to provide a conical dispersion pattern emanating from a single, or “point source”. Deliberate care was taken in the design of our coaxial loudspeakers to ensure that the low frequency cones would work properly with the compression drivers. Excessive cone excursion was eliminated to prevent Doppler distortion and the use of low-mass cones created a better balance with the higher sensitivity of the compression drivers in achieving the best match possible. Today, Radian Audio Coaxial Loudspeaker Components are utilized in stage monitors, multi-way systems and in stand-alone full-range, two-way systems.
