About Radian Audio Engineering

Radian Audio Engineering, Inc. was founded in 1988 with the mission to manufacture great sounding, high quality loudspeakers at affordable prices. Radian’s initial offerings were replacement compression driver diaphragms. The diaphragms took off so well that it wasn’t long before the company was making compression drivers.

Several major loudspeaker manufacturers quickly identified Radian as an important source for their compression driver needs and became O.E.M. customers. Coaxial loudspeakers were introduced shortly thereafter, followed by a versatile family of woofers.

Under new management since 2016, the company has consistently expanded its catalog to serve different market verticals, from home audio to the most powerful high-quality sound reinforcement and performance systems, always with a differentiator in well engineered solutions, with consistent build quality, and better-sounding products.

Today, Radian Audio is a major player in the O.E.M. loudspeaker driver business, addressing the needs of the sound contractor/fixed installation market, cinema sound, portable/tour sound, and high-end studio and consumer applications with its latest generation of products.

Radian Audio operates based out of Pomona, California, with modern facilities from where the company is ready to expand its business globally. Radian's US-base R&D and manufacturing operations are complemented by the ability to scale production with affiliate manufacturing resources based in The Philippines.
